How many weeks before the wedding should I place my order?

When you are ordering just one bridal bouquet, we recommend you to place the order at least one or two weeks in advance.

When you are ordering a bundle (bridal bouquet + godmother bouquet + ceremonial candles + wedding badges and more) we recommend you to place the order at least 2-4 weeks in advance.

How many weeks before the wedding should I save the date for wedding decors?

When you want to rent our paper table decorations and paper flower backdrops, we recommend you contact us at least 4-6 months in advance! We’ll get back to you as soon as possible, and we’ll inform you about the date availability and the overall costs.

Is there a down payment required?

When it comes to ordering a bouquet or other accessories, we do not require a down payment.

When you want to book a date with us for table decorations and paper flower backdrops there is a down payment of $100 required.

Do you accept urgency orders?

Yes, we sometimes accept last minute orders, it depends on how busy we are at that moment. All that we make is hand crafted and that is why time is our biggest asset. We reserve our right to refuse a last minute order when we believe that we don’t have enough time to make a high quality product. The most important thing for us is that everything that comes out of our studio is spectacular and our clients adore it!

All last minute orders have a 20% urgency fee.

Do you make custom products?

Yes, we proudly offer customizations. Just send me a message at [email protected] with your vision.

What if I can’t find the right color in a bouquet style that I love? Can you help me?

Yes, I can. Many of our flowers can be painted to match the color that you need. Each product is available in a variety of colors, from light pastels to bold colors. If you don’t see a color you want, please send me an email at [email protected] with a photo of the color the that you wish and I will send you back a custom offer.

What size is the flower?

Flower size ranges from 3-6 cm for flower badges, 5-10 cm for flowers in bouquets, corsages, testimonials, and can reach up to 30-50 cm for oversized flowers or passes 100 cm in some of the decor flowers.

Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?

Yes, you can. Write me at [email protected] within 24 hours after placing the order!

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

Yes, you can. Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase through an email at [email protected]

Can I return or exchange items that I don’t want?

Yes, you can! I gladly accept returns or exchanges, just contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship the items back to me within 14 days of delivery.

NOTE: we don’t return or exchange custom made items. I hope you understand why. Thank you!

Details about return or exchange policy

If on arrival, the product shows defects caused by transport, that item can be exchanged upon request. It is considered a defect if the flowers are torn or damaged and it needs repairs. Partial flattening of flowers is not flaw, so the product will not be replaced in this case.

If you need a return or exchange, please send us an email with a photo of the item and your request. We will decide if the item needs repairs or if it will be replaced.

If there is enough time until the event, the product will be replaced and the initial item must be sent back to us within 14 days.

The product is eligible for return or exchange only when the defects are reported within 7 days of delivery.

What can I do if I am not pleased with the product?

If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact me before leaving a feedback. Each of your feedback is of great importance to me and I take it seriously. I truly value every customer and I try to make each one of you happy! Thank you for your understanding!

When will I receive my order?

If the product is in stock, the delivery period is estimated to be:

2 working days for Romania

7 working days for Europe

14 working days for USA and Canada

25 days working for Asia

30 days working to Australia and New Zealand

When the product is custom made, add between 5 to 14 days to the above mentioned terms. This extra time is required for hand crafting and preparing the order.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email notification when the order is ready for delivery. Only after we receive a confirmation from you, we’ll be sending the package!

What carrier do you work with?

In Romania we dispatch with Cargus. For international deliveries, we work with DHL

Do paper flowers withstand transport?

Yes, paper flowers are very resistant upon transportation. The bouquets are packaged in a special box, with bubble wrap and paper fillers. This box is inserted itself into another cardboard box for further enforcement. This system provides resistance to pressure and strokes. I had no problems so far with any of the deliveries!

Care instructions for paper flowers

Paper Flowers last forever. Please avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to avoid color fading and of course, keep them far away from water or any other source of humidity.

Paper flowers don’t require a great deal of cleaning and tend to be relatively dust free. Holding the flower upside down and gently shaking should be enough to remove any dust and you could also use a feather duster.

What types of paper do you use to create your paper flowers?

We use thin crepe paper as well as thick crepe paper, photocopy paper, cardboard etc. Most often we use 180 mg crape paper. We buy paper from Paper, Paper Mart, Castle in the Air, and Lia Griffith.

What is your average production time?

Production period varies depending on the amount and complexity of the project. Most orders take 2-4 weeks.

For custom designs flower backdrops, we need 6-8 weeks in advance.

Do you rent paper flower backdrops?

Yes, we do, but only in Bucharest for the moment! For details please contact us at [email protected]

How large are the rental backdrops?

The rental backdrops measure 2m in height and 2m or 3m wide. They are made of timber frame. The colors can be customized according to your wedding theme. The wall is made up of a mix of decorations of various sizes and textures that will make a stir among the guests. This backdrop will soon become the favorite spot for selfies and group photos!

What are the steps required to rent a paper flowers backdrop?

Please contact us at [email protected] and we will send you all the details (availability date, prices etc.). After you pay the $100 deposit, your date will be secure and we’ll start working on the custom backdrop for your event.

We reserve the right to refuse to place a paper flower backdrop in an open space if for the date of the event there is a yellow/orange code for storms and strong winds in that location. In this situation, we either place the backdrop in a closed space or we will refund the deposit.

Do you require a damage deposit?

Yes, all rentals require damage deposit. The date is secured only after we receive proof of the $100 deposit payment. This amount is not refundable in case of cancellation because it covers the materials used in advance in making the custom backdrop.

After the event is over, we’ll assess the physical condition of the backdrop. If there are no major defects, the guarantee will be deducted from the total amount to be paid.

For minor defects (few flowers damaged) there is a fee of 10% of the backdrop rent value.

For larger defects (large areas of missing backdrop, the panel has been stained over a large area) there is a fee of 30% of the backdrop rent value.

Do you make oversized flowers?

Yes, we make custom oversized flowers. They can replace the bridal bouquet or they can be used in backdrops. For details please contact us at [email protected]
